Adjust the pressure of the overflow valve to be slightly lower, loosen the lock nut of the overflow valve, rotate the rocker of the overflow valve (rotate to increase the steam pressure, rotate outward to reduce the steam pressure) to adjust the steam pressure. Generally, the model of the pressure gauge is adjusted to the rated working pressure, and the model of the electrical contact pressure gauge is adjusted to be slightly higher than the rated working pressure.

2. The top force distance for clamping the filter plate is insufficient. After the feeding pressure rises, the interaction force in the middle of the filter plate expands the filter plate to cause spraying.

3. There is a surface layer of dirt such as sludge on the protruding surface of the filter plate. There is a large gap from beginning to end after the filter plate is tightened. Therefore, the protruding surface should be cleaned up after the sludge is removed.

4. The protruding surface of the filter plate has been fully penetrated into the pipe trench or the filter plate itself has been broken.

3. how to manipulate the feed pressure?

Analysis: Assemble pressure gauge and gate valve C between the inlet and outlet of the feed pump and the inlet of the diaphragm filter press, and assemble gate valve B between the inlet and outlet of the feed pump and the raw material storage tank. The pressure gauge is used to detect the feed pressure, the gate valve C controls the feed rate, and the oil valve B controls the feed pressure. Some consumers think that only assembling the gate valve C can manipulate the feed pressure, which is not possible, and the pressure gauge also needs to be assembled.
